Andy at Spartan Home Improvement has done a fantastic job all around. He has a can do/problem solving attitude. Andy has great focus on project management, thorough communication and provides quality work. He has gone above and beyond on several occasions and I will continue to work with him in turning a fixer upper into a grand house I can call truly call a home. Thank you Andy, wishing your family and you a great new year. Tracy Duncan Ell

Andy’s the best! He’s very thorough in his work, and loves keeping his job sites clean. It was a pleasure to work with him.

Andy is fantastic to work with! Honest, dependable, kind, and pays attention to details. He's everything we look for in a contactor and more. It is so difficult to find good contractors these days. Thankfully we found him. He is now our go-to for all things home improvement.

Andy and team did a great job on our laundry room remodel.

Andy and his crew were knowledgeable, professional and got the work done ahead of schedule. The header over my garage door was bowing out drastically. I was worried about the severity of the damage and how it could effect the integrity of the structure. These guys provided great attention to detail from every aspect of the job and made sure they protected my driveway, yard, stone and and kept the worksite clean and clear from any damage. Andy made sure to communicate each phase of the project so I knew exactly what to expect! From Sonny the Framer, Edgar the painter and Andy, the owner, I defiantly made the right choice to hire Spartan Home Improvement. I couldn't be more happy with how the finished product came out!! THANK YOU, SPARTAN!!!!

I recently had Spartan Home Improvement replace three dry rotted cedar post on the front of my home. They also repaired numerous other dry rot areas on the front of my home. Andy and his team were always on time, polite and very conscientious about cleaning up their work area at the end of each day. The work that was performed included, removing the cedar post and installing new post on metal bases, caulking and painting all areas that were repaired and hauling off all construction debris. I was extremely happy with the work that Andy and his team performed. I would highly recommend Spartan Home Improvement for any home repair or home improvement needs.

Had interior painting done in a few rooms and shiplap installed as an accent on a ceiling. Everything turned out beautifully, paint crew was professional and worked cleanly!

Andy was very professional and thorough in providing us with a bathroom remodel estimate

Andy did an excellent job finishing a backyard swing set that was too complicated to handle for a previous handyman. Andy is professional, on time, and an all around nice guy that helps alleviate the stress from your project. He is very accommodating to the customer and his pricing is very competitive, especially for the high quality of his work. He went the extra mile to make sure all the hardware was correct and finished the project EXACTLY how we wanted it. I will definitely call him again for jobs around the house in the future. 5 Stars! Thanks!

I initially reached out to Andy of Spartan Home Improvement when mold was found in our garage, and the list of things for us to take care of with that surprise project felt really overwhelming. Andy not only took on the first few requests quickly and efficiently, but he also agreed to several other add-on jobs all while working flexibly around our other contractors. The many projects Andy has completed for us include: -replaced weather stripping around main entry door -built add on shelving and rack to match existing hardware in bedroom closet -framed and built out interior wall in garage to accommodate for new insulation spray -contracted and assisted in electrical, drywall, and painting on a quick timeline -replaced entire garage entry door and built new step leading up to that entry. He even adjusted our automated garage door when it got knocked off track. Andy's work ethic is exemplary. He communicates with us, shows up when planned, is respectful of our space, and cleans up after any mess that may have been made. We are so thankful that we now have a reliable source to depend on when help is needed around the house.

This past year, I reached out to Andy , owner of Spartan Home Improvement, for several repair issues in my house. He responded promptly, was both courteous and professional and completed my repairs in a timely manner. He was diligent, and demonstrated a high regard for customer satisfaction. I highly recommend him for any and all of your home improvement needs.

We hired Spartan Home Improvement to perform some wood rot repairs and painting work at our home. The owner was very professional and we were very pleased with the communications regarding the project. The work was done on time and the workers did a nice job of cleaning up after the work was completed. We are very pleased with the results and would recommend Spartan and Andy to others.

Easily one of the most professional contractors I have worked with, and I've been in real estate since 2005. Had Andy do a small project for us in our south OP house followed by miscellaneous work in a KC, MO property. Completely satisfied with both experiences. Plan to continue using him for other projects without hesitation.
