The client wanted a larger outdoor living area for entertaining and a more compact accessible ramp that didn’t intrude into the yard. We reconfigured the deck to free up usable space, added a pergola with Sky Lift risers, cedar posts/rafters and Fiberon composite decking with maintenance-free aluminum railing, and redesigned the ramp with multiple turns while retaining some original framing. The work required detailed planning, ADA‑focused design, and close coordination with experienced subcontractors; the project took two months.
