The client wanted a luxurious bathroom with high-end upgrades to replace builder-grade 1990s finishes. Over two months we installed polished 12×24 tile on floors and shower walls, a free-standing soaker tub, and custom cabinetry with premium hardware and extra storage, coordinating window installations at the same time. Challenges included managing additional subcontractors and a mis-shipped tub that required a rapid replacement order and return coordination. The project relied on clear communication, careful planning, and inventory management to deliver a high-end result.
