Andy Lange started working in real estate investing in 2011. He has been working with investments and rental property in the Kansas City and St. Louis Areas since then. In the summer of 2020, Andy and his team completed a full home remodel and Andy grew the business from there.
Since 2021, Andy has been working with clients around the Kansas City area. He focused on Aging in Place home modifications and excellent communication to bring his clients vision to reality.
Marie Lange works with Spartan Home Improvement providing consultations to clients on accessible home modifications and aging in place. As a Certified Occupational Therapist, Marie provides 18 years experience working with clients in home modifications and accessibility. She reviews plans for Universal Design features and can provide independent home evaluations for safety and accessibility.
